What are the requirements to open a INST MUTUEL account online?

How can I withdraw money from my INST MUTUEL account?

To withdraw money from your INST MUTUEL account, you can make a cash withdrawal with your card at any ATM.

What fees are associated with using my card?

With INST MUTUEL, no fees are applied to your payments and withdrawals, whether you use your card in France or abroad.

Except for the fees that some foreign banks may apply when withdrawing from their ATMs.

How can I fund my INST MUTUEL account with a credit card?

You have the possibility to fund your account with a credit card from a French bank in your name (excluding prepaid card) from your INST MUTUEL dashboard.

You can fund your account by card a maximum of once a day. The maximum payment amount is €500.

This operation is secured by Mastercard's 3D secure service.

Attention: In some countries, it is not possible to fund your account by card.

What are the limits of my bank card?

The maximum limits of the bank card are €1000 for withdrawal over 7 rolling days and €3000 for payment over 30 rolling days.

The modification is then immediate. For contactless payment, the maximum payment limit per transaction is €50 with a maximum amount of €100 over 4 rolling days.

How can I renew my card before it expires?

You can renew your card at any time before it expires.

For this, go to your dashboard and follow the instructions

You will receive your new card by mail. You will then only have to activate it from your dashboard.

Early card renewal is subject to additional fees.

How can I open a free* INST MUTUEL Standard bank account?

To open a free INST MUTUEL bank account or any premium account, you must meet the eligibility criteria. Then, simply sign up from the website from your phone or computer. Opening a INST MUTUEL bank account takes only 8 minutes and is done without paperwork. Once your identity verification is completed, your bank account will be ready to use.
